Independent Skilled Migration
In order to be eligible for this visa category, you are required to meet the basic criteria of being under 45 years of age, have good English, be qualified in a nominated occupation with recent work experience. However, you will receive additional points if you have nominated an occupation on the Migrant Occupation in Demand List or you obtain 7+ IELTS result.

Sponsored Skilled Migration
In order to be eligible for this visa category, you are required to meet the basic criteria as for the Skilled Independent Visa and have a close relative family sponsor living in a designated area that is a permanent resident or Australian Citizen. Or be sponsored by a State/Territory Government.

Regional Sponsored Skilled Migration
In order to be eligible for this visa category, you are required to meet the basic criteria as for the Skilled Independent Visa and have a Regional sponsor and be prepared to live in the region for 2 years and work in that region for 1Year. This visa is a 3 year temporary visa that can convert to permanent residency after the provisions have been complied with.

Graduate Skilled Migration
In order to be eligible for this visa category, you are required to have completed an Australian Qualification that complies with the 2 year study rule or have graduated from a recognised overseas university with a skill in demand in Australia. This visa is a temporary 18 month visa with no work restrictions to allow applicants to gain the required work experience or complete a professional year in their chosen occupation.
